Health Guarantee

The puppy comes with a 1-year genetic guarantee against severe health issues, excluding accidents post-adoption. A vet check must occur within 72 hours of purchase, and findings must be reported to the breeder; failure to do so voids the agreement. The puppy will have received age-appropriate vaccinations and wormings, with records provided for the new vet visit.

 

The buyer is responsible for ongoing care, including nutrition and vet visits, while the breeder is not liable for any incurred vet expenses post-adoption. This contract is non-transferable and covers only the original buyer.

 

Conditions related to environmental stress are not covered. For any issues, seek veterinary assistance. If unable to keep or care for the puppy, a welcome home policy is in place, but no refunds are offered. Under no circumstances do we want our puppies ending up in a shelter for any reason. We appreciate updates and are here for support as part of our extended family.

 

Non-refundable deposits can be made via checks transfers, but final payments must be in cash at pickup. Thank you!
